The CO2 emissions of production of the
materials that are used for house can be cut
drasically by using simple low energy content
natural materials such as natural plasters,
natural kasein, lime paints, local timber and
sand. Our priority also contains the rule of
local materials, meaning that all the materials
should be procured as close to builidng site as
possible to minimise the emissions from
transport.
Our
concept contains the energy efficeinsy and low
maintenance costs which better and prolongen the
lifecylce of the house and cut the emmissions
prodused in house usage phase.
One of the extras that we offer is the rainwater
collection system (6...18 m3/month),
that can be used for fluching and watering the
garden. That way the groudwater is saved,
purification process is not nessesary and pumping
energy is saved.
The heating
system we recommend is a simple wood burning
stoves and if desired a air-air heat pump to
stabilse the temperature and keep a minimum
heating level while family is away.
